Automobile and Truck Program Eligibility |
To be eligible for the product warranty possibilities offered with the customer application, the complete DriveTrain and 4x4 transfer case (if applicable) must have been treated with Premium 2000 Plus™ treatment products by an ASE Certified Mechanic (Documentation Required)
- Automobile, Light Duty Trucks (up to 1 ton) RV’s (Certain Models)
- Current Plus 9 model years
The Premium 2000 Plus™ lubricants with Boron CLS Bond chemistry were developed from formulas first tested for the National Aeronautics and space administration (NASA). The U.S. Department of Energy perfected the lubricant at the Argone National Laboratory in Chicago. They determined that the product has produced the lowest coefficient of friction ever measured and that the Boron CLS (Crystal Lattice Structure) Bond chemistry adhered to metal surfaces, filled in pores and rough spots.
The products one time use is all that is necessary. It becomes a part of the metal surface indefinitely, even after dozens of fluid replacements. The product warranty then covers all parts touched by the component’s required fluids to which Premium 2000 Plus™ products are added virtually all internally lubricated parts. | All Premium 2000 Plus™ lubricated parts of engine, including: pistons, piston rings, piston pins, crankshaft and main bearing, connecting rods and rod bearing, camshaft and camshaft bearing, timing chain and timing gears, intake and exhaust valves, valve springs, guides, oil pump, push rods, rocker arms, hydraulic lifters and rocker arm shaft. The Engine Block and Cylinder Heads are also covered if mechanical failure was caused by the above-listed parts. (Does not include any other part other than what is supplied in Long Block Assembly.) |

| Transmission: |
| All internally lubricated parts of manual or automatic transmissions, including: torque converter, oil pump, valve body, governor, bands, drums, planetary sun gear and shell, sprag(s), shaft(s), bearing and related bushings, shift rail, forks, synchronizers, transmission case, bell housing, oil pan(s), and all internally lubricated parts of the 4x4 Transfer Case. Damage resulting from failures by related parts or units such as but not limited to: levers, controls, linage, radiator, coolers, rubber mounts, external oil lines and electronic components are not covered. |

| All internally lubricated parts including: Carrier case, gear sets, bushing and limited slip clutch pack. *Seals and gaskets are replaced only as part of repair or replacement of the covered components unless opted for by surcharge. |
